Andrew is an Environmental Scientist and Senior Associate at Peter J Ramsay & Associates, and was recently appointed as an Environmental Auditor (Industrial Facilities – Landfills) under the Victorian Environment Protection Act 2017. He brings over 17 years of experience in landfill design, construction, closure, and aftercare, as well as environmental chemistry, contaminated land assessments, and waste management. Andrew’s appointment as an EPA Auditor reflects his commitment to upholding the highest standards of environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance.

Andrew has conducted Phase I and II soil and groundwater assessments across a diverse range of sites, from greenfield developments to complex operational industrial facilities. His work includes large-scale soil sampling programs, groundwater monitoring well installation, and support for remedial programs addressing petroleum hydrocarbon impacts.

He has also provided extensive assistance to Mr Peter Ramsay in statutory environmental auditing functions across multiple Australian states and territories. This includes auditing landfill liner system construction and verifying landfill cell design documentation in Victoria.

Andrew is based in Melbourne and has contributed to projects throughout Australia and the South Pacific, showcasing his passion for sustainability and commitment to protecting the environment. He combines technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach, helping clients navigate complex environmental challenges with confidence and clarity.
