Graduate Spotlight: Amy & Zen

At PJRA, we are committed to supporting the next generation of environmental professionals. In 2025, we welcomed Amy and Zen — two passionate, driven graduates who have quickly become valuable members of our team. 

Over the past six months, Amy and Zen have transitioned from academic study to applying their skills in practical, real-world settings. They’ve been actively involved in a wide variety of projects across the business, gaining exposure to areas such as contaminated land remediation, groundwater and soil data analysis, landfill design auditing, air quality assessments and environmental health and safety compliance.

Their reflections speak to the strength of our Graduate Program, not just in the range of technical experiences on offer, but in the culture of support, collaboration and continual learning. Both Amy and Zen have highlighted how the trust placed in them, along with the guidance of experienced mentors, has accelerated their growth and built their confidence as emerging professionals.
