2026 Inogen Alliance Associates Meeting
Our Global Bi‑Annual Associates Meeting in Bath, UK was a meaningful and energising gathering, one that truly captured the spirit of Inogen Alliance as we celebrated 25 years together as a global network.
Bringing together more than 130 sustainability and EHS professionals from over 45 Associate locations around the world, the meeting reinforced the value of coming together in person to reflect, connect, and look ahead. We took time to honor the history of the Alliance, hearing directly from founders and long‑standing leaders whose vision and commitment have shaped who we are today.
Throughout the meeting, attention was focused toward the future. Updates and perspectives from President, Angelique Dickson, and Chair of the Board, Keith Knoke of Antea Group USA, highlighted where the Alliance is headed, while our hosts Alex Ferguson and the Antea Group UK team set the stage for thoughtful dialogue and collaboration. Marketing insights from Kate Asleson, along with contributions from our global working group leaders and Board members, sparked engaging discussions around resilience, innovation, and navigating today’s complex global and geopolitical challenges.
The program featured strong representation from across the Alliance. Highlights included Peter Ramsay’s thoughtful contributions during the Board panel, where he shared perspectives on Inogen Alliance’s ability to adapt and evolve in the face of global change. Annika Taylor also brought valuable insight as a speaker on the working group leaders panel in her role as co‑chair of the Global Remediation Working Group, and later expanded on these themes alongside Heikki Kalle during their joint presentation.
Beyond the formal sessions, the meeting provided invaluable opportunities to network with colleagues and clients from around the world, exchange ideas on sustainability initiatives, and strengthen relationships that underpin our ability to deliver meaningful, local impact for global clients. Many Associates shared that they left Bath feeling inspired, connected, and optimistic about the future of the Alliance.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the discussions and shared their perspectives, as well as to Antea Group UK for hosting such a memorable event. As we celebrate 25 years of Inogen Alliance, this meeting served as both a reflection on how far we have come and a reaffirmation of our shared commitment to collaboration, excellence, and impact in the years ahead.
